They record which pages you view, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link and your approximate region. They do not tell us who you are unless you send us a form.

Until you accept, Google’s tools run without analytics or advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel does not send data, and the AiExport script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver the service:

• AiExport, which stores the enquiries sent through our website forms and passes them to our sales team;
• Web3Forms, a form-delivery service we use as a backup when AiExport is unavailable;
• our website host and email provider;
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising.

Where your information is processed

We are based in China, so information you send us is handled by our sales team in China. Our service providers may also process it in other countries.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and lead information only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
