BON supplies the blank white flocked base — 100% nylon 6.6 electrostatic flock on an impervious backing, in roll and tile — to carpet and flooring manufacturers who print their own designs. You keep the artwork, the brand and the customer. We supply the substrate.

Why buy the base instead of building the line
Flocking is a capital line, printing is not
Electrostatic flocking needs a dedicated high-voltage line and years of process tuning. A digital printer does not. Buying the base lets you sell a flocked floor without building the plant.
Add a category, not a factory
A flocked range sits above tufted carpet tile in spec and price. Sourcing the blank is the fastest route into that category.
Print on demand, hold less stock
One blank substrate can become any colourway. You hold undyed stock instead of forecasting finished designs.

A consistent white ground
An undyed, even flock surface batch after batch — the thing that decides whether your colour comes out the same on Monday and on Friday.
Nylon 6.6, high density
Around 80 million upright fibres per square metre. The fibre that gives a flocked floor its wear resistance — and a fine, closed surface for print detail.
Impervious backing, already applied
You are buying a finished floor construction, not a raw textile. It arrives sealed and dimensionally stable; you add the design.
Roll or tile
Print at roll width and cut down, or take pre-cut tile blanks. Whichever suits your line.
Your design, your brand
We supply the substrate only. The pattern, the name on the box and the customer relationship stay entirely yours.

A closed, fine flock surface — so the detail survives.
A print is only as good as the ground under it. Because the pile is short, dense and evenly laid, fine line work, gradients and photographic detail hold on this base rather than breaking up in the fibre. The pieces below were printed on it.

Ink type and any pre-treatment are confirmed against your line rather than guessed at — tell us what you run and we come back with the matching specification and a piece to test. One boundary worth stating plainly: the Bfl-s1 classification covers the base as tested. Because you apply your own inks and any coating, the finished printed article is yours, and should be verified for the market you sell into.
