Private label · OEM
Your brand on the box. Our factory behind it.
We are the manufacturer — not a trading company. Since 2003 we have produced flocked carpet tile and roll under other companies’ brands, including flooring brands in the US and Japan. Your packaging, your colour cards, your pricing; we stay invisible.
Private-label production, packed under a customer’s own brand for export.
What a private-label programme gives you
Your brand on the product
Your name, your logo, your packaging and your colour cards. We do not appear anywhere in the box or on the floor.
Your own range, not a catalogue
Commission exclusive colourways and designs matched to your Pantone or RAL references — with no tooling cost, because the surface is digitally printed.
Your pricing and your customers
You set the price and own the relationship. The line is an asset on your books, not a reseller agreement that can be taken away.
Documentation in your name
Test reports issued for the product and batch you sell, so your tender paperwork stands on its own.
A 20-year manufacturer behind it
Electrostatic flocked flooring since 2003, exported worldwide, running in airport terminals, hotels, offices and healthcare projects.
The product
What exactly are you putting your name on?
Flocked flooring: around 80 million upright nylon 6.6 fibres per square metre bonded electrostatically to an impervious backing. It reads as a warm, quiet textile floor but wet-cleans and wears like a resilient one — and the whole surface takes unlimited digital print. Supplied as carpet tile or roll.
Independently tested: reaction to fire Bfl-s1 (EN 13501-1, SGS), slip EN 13893 CoF 0.45, impact sound reduction ΔLw 21 dB (ISO 10140-1 / 717-2), formaldehyde not detected (GB 18587) and antimicrobial activity tested to AATCC 174 (Intertek). Full detail on the certifications page.
How a programme runs
1 · Tell us the spec
Format (tile or roll), the ranges or designs you want in your line, target markets and the standards your tenders reference.
2 · Samples & colour approval
We send samples of the construction, then a proof or strike-off of your own colourways and artwork for sign-off.
3 · Branding & packaging
Your artwork on the packaging, your colour cards and product data sheets prepared under your brand.
4 · Production & reorder
Around 4–8 weeks for custom print. Approved files are kept, so a repeat order reproduces the same floor batch after batch.
MOQ from 500 m² — the same as stock, because digital print has no setup to amortise. Pricing is quoted per order against quantity, format and design.
Who runs a private-label line
Flooring brands & distributors
Add an own-brand line that competitors cannot price-check against a catalogue — and that nobody else can undercut, because nobody else has it.
Importers
Buy at factory level rather than through a brand and an importer, and control the specification yourself.
Contract & fit-out specialists
Offer a floor your clients cannot source elsewhere, with the custom print that design-led projects ask for.
Prefer to sell under an established name instead? The same floor is available as a distribution agreement — see the distributor & partner options.
Questions we get asked
Do you manufacture flooring under our own brand?
Yes — private label and OEM production is a core part of our business. You get the same floor we make under our own name, but with your brand on the product, your packaging and your colour cards. We have produced private-label flocked flooring for flooring brands in the US and Japan since 2003. We stay invisible: your customers deal with your brand, not ours.
What is the minimum order for private label production?
MOQ is from 500 m² — the same as our stock ranges, because digital printing has no plate or screen setup to amortise. That is what makes an own-brand line realistic without committing to a container programme up front. Pricing is quoted per order against quantity, format and design.
Can we develop our own colour range rather than use yours?
Yes. You can commission exclusive colourways and designs for your range — matched to your Pantone or RAL references — and they stay yours. Because the surface is digitally printed there is no tooling cost, so a bespoke collection costs the same to produce as a stock pattern.
Whose name is on the test certificates?
Test reports are issued for the specified product and batch you buy, so they document the floor you are selling — reaction to fire (Bfl-s1 to EN 13501-1), slip (EN 13893), impact sound (ISO 10140), formaldehyde (GB 18587) and antimicrobial (AATCC 174) as your market requires. Tell us which standards your tenders reference and we confirm the grade and paperwork before production.
How long does a private label programme take to set up?
Artwork and colour approval sit at the front of the timeline. After sign-off, custom digital print runs around 4–8 weeks depending on design and quantity; stock ranges in your packaging are quicker. Send the artwork early — it is the single biggest factor in how fast a first order ships.
