Your design, printed into the floor.
For architects, interior designers and high-end fit-out: boutique hotels, private residences, luxury retail, members’ clubs and showrooms. Send us a pattern or a Pantone reference. We print it into a dense nylon 6.6 flocked floor and send you a strike-off to approve before a metre is produced.

What a designer needs from a floor supplier
Any pattern, no tooling
The surface is digitally printed, so a one-off design costs nothing to set up. Logos, brand patterns, wayfinding, or your own artwork for a feature space.
Colour you can hold us to
Colourways are matched to your Pantone or RAL references. You approve a digital proof or a physical strike-off before production starts.
A floor, not a graphic
Around 80 million nylon 6.6 fibres per square metre on an impervious backing. Soft underfoot, and spills stay on the surface to be wiped or wet-cleaned.
Numbers for the specification
Bfl-s1 to EN 13501-1 (SGS), slip CoF 0.45 to EN 13893, impact-sound reduction ΔLw 21 dB, formaldehyde not detected (GB 18587). The dated report for your batch comes with the order.
Sized for one project
From 500 m² per colourway, the same as stock, because there is no setup cost to spread. For a smaller area, tell us the size and we check which in-stock designs are available.
The same floor next time
The approved file is kept, so a second site, a later phase or a replacement tile comes out the same.

Questions designers ask
Can you match our Pantone or RAL colours?
Yes. Send the references with your artwork. We return a digital proof or a physical strike-off, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Is there a cost to set up a custom design?
No tooling or screen cost: the surface is digitally printed, so a one-off design costs the same to produce as a stock pattern. Pricing is quoted per order against quantity, format and design.
Can we use it in a private residence?
Yes, ordered through you or your contractor. A custom colourway needs 500 m². For a smaller area, tell us the size and we check which in-stock designs are available.
Is it quieter than a hard floor?
Yes, it is quieter underfoot, and impact sound to the room below is reduced by ΔLw 21 dB (tested). It does not absorb airborne sound: room echo is a ceiling and wall question.
What files do you need from us?
Vector or high-resolution artwork, Pantone or RAL references, the area in m² and whether you want tile or roll.
