What is flocked flooring? +
Flocked flooring is a high-tech textile floor: around 80 million fine nylon 6.6 fibres per square metre are stood upright by a high-voltage electrostatic field and bonded to a stable, impervious backing. It wears like a resilient floor yet feels warm and quiet like a textile, and it comes in both roll (sheet) and tile.
Is flocked flooring durable enough for commercial use? +
Yes. The extra-high fibre density makes it hard-wearing, stain-resistant and easy to clean, with strong colour fastness — which is why it is specified for offices, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and transport interiors.
Can you match a specific design or colour? +
Our digital-print line can reproduce custom patterns, colourways, logos and artwork on flocked tile or roll. Send us a reference or a physical sample and we will develop a matching floor — including bespoke designs that stock ranges cannot offer.
Do you offer OEM / private label? +
Yes. We already produce private-label flocked tile for brands in the US and elsewhere, including full custom packaging. We can manufacture under your brand.
How do you price flocked flooring, and how do I get a quote? +
We are the factory, so every price is quoted per project — there is no distributor or brand markup. Your price depends on four things: the quantity tier, the format (carpet tile or roll), whether it is a stock design or custom digital print, and any added grades (flame-retardant, anti-slip, anti-microbial or low-formaldehyde). Send us your area in m² and the series or design, and we return a formal FOB, CIF or DDP quote — usually within one business day.
What are your MOQ and lead times? +
Our minimum order is from 1,000 m² (free samples have no minimum). Lead times: free samples usually ship within days; stock orders typically take a few weeks depending on quantity; custom digital-print orders are around 4–8 weeks. We are equipped for large rollouts too — our largest single project to date was 100,000 m². Tell us your quantity and design and we will confirm an exact schedule.
Do specifications meet commercial requirements (fire, slip, hygiene)? +
We offer anti-slip, flame-retardant, anti-microbial and low-formaldehyde grades to suit commercial tenders. Share your required standards and we will confirm the right specification and documentation.
Do you ship internationally and provide samples? +
Yes. We export worldwide and can send physical samples for accurate colour and texture before you order. Contact us with your location and the series or design you are considering.
How do you handle shipping terms and US import tariffs (FOB vs DDP)? +
We quote FOB Ningbo/Shanghai by default, and can also arrange CIF or DDP (delivered duty paid) if you prefer us to handle freight and customs to your door. As a factory we are happy to work with your nominated freight forwarder. Flocked flooring is generally classified as a textile floor covering (HS heading 5705) — the exact code and any duty, including current US Section 301 tariffs, should be confirmed with your customs broker, as rates change. Tell us your destination and Incoterm and we will quote accordingly.
What export documents do you provide for customs clearance? +
For each shipment we provide a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading, plus a Certificate of Origin and HS-code details on request, and any test or specification documentation needed for your tender. We have shipped to the US, Canada, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, Korea and Europe, so we are familiar with the paperwork each market expects.
