BON BON Flocked Flooring

Certifications & technical data

Specified to commercial standards — documented per project.

BON flocked flooring is built for commercial tenders. Below are the performance grades we supply and the test documentation we issue for each project — so your architect or specifier can put real numbers into the spec. Tell us the standards your project references and we confirm the grade and paperwork.

Performance grades.

Available grades and the standards they are referenced against. The exact class and a matching test report are confirmed for the specified product and batch.

Reaction to fire

Flame-retardant grade

Flocked flooring can be produced in a flame-retardant grade targeting common commercial classes — European EN 13501-1 (e.g. Bfl-s1) and US ASTM E648 (Class 1 / NFPA 253). The applicable class and a test report are confirmed for the specified product and production batch.

EN 13501-1ASTM E648 / NFPA 253

Slip resistance

Anti-slip grade

An anti-slip surface grade is available where your specification calls for it, referenced against pendulum (EN 13036-4 / EN 13893) or ramp R-value (DIN 51130) methods. Tell us the target value and we confirm the grade and documentation.

EN 13893DIN 51130 (R-value)

Indoor air / formaldehyde

Low-formaldehyde grade

A low-formaldehyde grade is available for projects with indoor-air-quality requirements, with a material safety / emissions statement provided on request. Share the standard your tender references and we confirm compliance and paperwork.

Hygiene

Anti-microbial treatment

An optional anti-microbial treatment is available for healthcare, aged-care and hospitality interiors. Combined with the impervious backing and washable nylon 6.6 surface, it supports demanding hygiene protocols.
